- Auction Value/Forced Liquidation Value: This appraisal structure represents the highest value the property can realize, when sold at an auction conducted by an expert firm such as tauber-arons. We evaluate property based on elements such as location, condition and age.
- Orderly Liquidation Value: This appraisal structure represents the value that may be realized in a negotiated sale between a
willing seller and willing buyer over a six-month time period. - Fair Market Value: this appraisal structure represents the highest value that may be realized in the open market, with willing buyers and no time constraints.
